Why the City Center Is the Best Choice
For tourists: all attractions on foot
The Tula Kremlin is a 10-minute walk away. The Arms Museum, Samovar Museum, Gingerbread Museum, Kazanskaya Embankment — all within a 1.5 km radius. No need to spend money on taxis or public transport. Breakfast in the kitchen in the morning, then walk to the Kremlin, and an evening stroll along the embankment. All the best of Tula — literally around the corner.
For business travelers: the business district nearby
Central Tula is also the business district. City administration, courts, banks, offices — all within walking distance. Save on transport and time. The hostel is 3–5 times cheaper than downtown hotels, and the documents for your expense report are the same: receipt, service certificate, invoice. Wi-Fi for work, a kitchen to save on per diem.
For everyone: infrastructure at your fingertips
The center has everything: grocery stores, pharmacies, ATMs, a post office, cafes — 2–3 minutes on foot. Bus and tram stops are nearby if you need to reach the train station or other districts. Free parking. The area is quiet and safe despite its central location — the hostel is tucked away in a cozy courtyard.
